Can I try it for free before paying?+

Yes. When you create your account, you receive welcome credits to try training sessions and simulations. Some plans also offer a trial period.

What is the difference between a plan and a credit package?+

A plan is a recurring subscription with credits renewed every cycle and fixed benefits. A package is a one-time credit purchase with no automatic renewal.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?+

Yes. Cancellation is immediate through the dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Do credits expire?+

Credits purchased in packages do not expire. Welcome and bonus credits may have an expiration date, always shown when granted.

Do you accept Pix and card?+
